A December tournament in Piscataway closes, and the calendar runs to 2027
The host lists its December New Jersey date as sold out with a waitlist, while the September date at the same hotel shows a small number of seats left.
Mah Jongg Fever's public tournament calendar lists eleven events. The December 11 to 13 date at the Embassy Suites in Piscataway, New Jersey carries a note saying that tournament is now sold out, with players directed to a waitlist should a spot open. The listing's own ticket counter still reads two tickets left, so both readings sit on the same entry.
The September 25 to 27 tournament at the same hotel shows fifteen tickets left. The listing says commuter spots are open, that a very limited number of rooms remain, and gives a phone number to reserve one. Tickets are listed from $95 to $495.
Past this year the calendar reaches deep into 2027: Las Vegas in March, Piscataway again in April, Atlanta in May, Lancaster in July, Foxwoods in August, Piscataway in September, a cruise in November, and Piscataway once more in December. The Atlanta entry says it is temporarily closed to players who need rooms until more can be secured, and that commuters can still sign up.
